These terms govern your participation in the Cantina Character Studio creator program. By submitting the join form at joincharacterstudio.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. See "Program name and operator" below for the entities responsible for the program.
Program name and operator
The program is Cantina Character Studio. It enables creators to make short-form video content using AI characters on the Cantina platform and earn payouts based on engagement metrics. The program is operated by Cantina, Inc.
Program emails and SMS messages are sent by Virtue Marketing Group as the registered sender on behalf of Cantina, Inc.
Eligibility
Open to residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old.
Messaging program
When you opt in by checking the consent box on the join form, you agree to receive program emails and SMS text messages from us.
- Message frequency: Up to 6 messages over 10 days from the day you enroll. A welcome message immediately upon enrollment, followed by check-ins on days 1, 2, 3, 7, and 10. After day 10, no further program messages are sent unless you re-enroll.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
- Supported carriers: Major US and Canadian mobile carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier's network.
Opting out
You can stop receiving messages at any time.
- SMS: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You'll receive one confirmation text and then no further messages.
- Email: Every email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Gmail and Apple Mail also show a native "Unsubscribe" prompt at the top of our messages.

Your obligations
By joining the program, you agree that the contact information you provide is accurate, that you are the authorized user of the phone number and email address provided, and that you are enrolling on your own behalf (not on behalf of any third party).
Program changes
We may change, pause, or end the program at any time. We'll notify you through the program's email list of any material changes that affect you.
Compensation
Payouts, eligibility, and other compensation terms are governed by program-specific agreements provided to approved participants inside the Cantina app. These terms describe enrollment and messaging only.
Disclaimers
The program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee a specific level of earnings, delivery of any given message, or availability of the Cantina app.
